2 Chinese Qing Dynasty Hard Wood Fu Dog Carvings, the first detail carved to the front with a standing Dog with a revolving ball in his jaws and a Puppy, both standing on a Lotus Leaf and covered in red lacquer with touches of gold to the front; the second Dog in the round seated with a brocade ball under his front paw with heavy gilding over red lacquer. Height of larger Dog 9 1/2 inches (24 cm.) X width 10 inches (25.5 cm.).

The first Dog with the back roughed and missing attachments possibly architectural, the gilt dog in the round with a round hole to the base opening into the mouth, cracks, and part of right ear missing.
